Aline Valantin
Founder of Osmose Consulting · Business transformation and strategic leadership
Twenty-five years leading international teams in major houses: Guerlain and LVMH, L'Occitane, Puig, after Bacardi and Benetton in Asia-Pacific. Seven years in Hong Kong, three in Brussels, Paris, then Geneva. Up to €300M in revenue, 1,800 points of sale, 80 executives and more than 600 beauty consultants across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Former member of the L'Occitane group executive committee.
Confronted with the excesses of some management practices, which she describes in her essay "Toxique", she now carries a demanding vision of leadership: people at the service of concrete, lasting performance. She created Osmose Consulting and the Osmose Plein Impact method, leads Human Blindspot with Émilie de Bueil and Héloïse Lemeillet, and hosts the podcast Manager Inspirant.
